Cancel Order

On this page, you can easily request the withdrawal of an order. After submitting the form, you will immediately receive an email confirmation of your request, which includes the date and time of submission.

Please note that the email confirmation does not yet constitute confirmation of the withdrawal, but merely documents receipt of your request. Please also note that, for technical reasons, the email may be delayed – however, this has no effect on the time stated in the email.

After receiving your request, we will promptly check whether there is a legal right of withdrawal at the recorded date and time. If so, we will contact you immediately to clarify the next steps.
